Hi! I had purchased a yearly subscription, and how do I know if my billing is auto-billing, or will I receive an email to remind me that it’s time to renew my subscription? If I decide to not renew and become an inactive member instead, will I lose access to the content I have already viewed?

Your subscription is a little different because you were one of our early adopters (thanks!). While most subscriptions would auto-renew, yours will not.
You will receive an email from us soon about a special rate for 2020 and beyond. If you choose to use that discount you can pay for a new membership and continue having access to the videos. If you choose not to renew, access to both new content and past videos is no longer available for inactive accounts.

Hi Courtney, you are in the same boat as Kelly. Your subscription will not auto-renew because you were an early adopter so your account was set up differently. We'll be sending out an email soon to folks like you and Kelly about how to continue your memberships for 2020 if you are wanting to. If you're wanting to cancel then you don't need to take any action, your account will just expire the first week of January.
