Did you know there are supplemental Guides for most Lessons and Meditations? These Guides include things like step-by-step instructions, and ingredients for the arrangements Katie makes in the videos.

Here's how to access the Guides:

- Click the 'BROWSE' tab at the top of the Ponderosa Classroom Online page
- Find the video you want to watch, and click the thumbnail image to navigate to the video's overview page
- From there, scroll down to where it says 'Extras' and click the white thumbnail with the word 'GUIDE' on it
- This will download the PDF to your computer so you can view the Guide

Bonus: if you see other video thumbnails in the 'Extras' section where you found the Guide, those are videos directly related to the video you're about to watch.
